The Stack: Protein Pancake

How to make the perfect protein pancakes that taste good and are good for you. 

THE STACK: PROTEIN PANCAKES
Makes 4

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Small Banana
3/4 Cup Egg Whites
1 Tbsp Psyllium Husk
1 Tbsp Coconut Flour
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1 Scoop Protein of Choice (we recommend: #PlantFusion or #Vega)
Add Almond Milk or Water to Desired Consistency

METHOD:
Preheat skillet or pancake pan. Mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl or blender. Lightly oil pan with coconut oil and make small-medium circles with pancake mixture. Flip after small bubbles appear on surface. Cook for an additional minute. Remove and repeat.

Serve with fresh berries + for added sweetness, use honey or stevia + cinnamon.
